Job Description:
Min. of 8 Years experience in Prepaid sales in Telecom or Candidates with strong FMCG background can apply
The candidate will be responsible for managing TSM's and manage the profitability for the assigned Zone
Below are the responsibilities(KPI)
1) Distribution Management and Appointment
2) Drive prepaid business against the targets assigned
3)Parameters like - Gross addition (Gross Adds), DREC addition, Churn Control, Revenue target achievement will be closely monitored
4) Channel Satisfaction & Market Claim Reconciliation
5) Ensure the assigned area is profitable
