Individual contribution role to work on the Panzura controllers software appliance customer issues. Pick up the customer calls and cases from salesforce. Capture the problem description, logs and identify or isolate the problem. Workaround the know issues from KB article.
Skillset Required:
Excellent communication both verbal and written skills for TAC Support
5+ years year of experience in product technical support on enterprise grade products in Networking / Storage (NAS).
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related degree.
Knowledge of networking and network diagnostics including packet capture analysis
Complete understanding of administration and debugging of DNS, AD, NTP issues
Very familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems at a sysadmin level
Knowledge of NAS Storage systems operation and administration
