Job Responsibilities
·
Observes the team to understand and remove organizational
impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as an Agile team
·
Coach, mentor, teach, refresh agile scrum practices
(roles, process, artifacts) as needed among program teams
·
Create training materials relative to specific agile
training needs and conduct the training
·
Assess individual program needs and implement best agile
practices (Iterative + Agile principals, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
·
Agile tool configuration and training for new programs
implementing Agile Scrum, Kanban
·
Participate in enterprise agile transformation team
efforts
·
Define and implement processes and best practices in
support of Agile, Nielsen NPI Toll Gate and auditory needs (MRC/E&Y)
·
Work closely with Agile Enablement team on priorities,
lessons learned and overall agile transformation
·
Effectively communicate with all levels of the
organization C-Level through junior team members
