Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Head PMO will enable the function with analytics around financial reporting, cycle time, revenue enhancement, AOP planning. He will be responsible for Process/Policy enhancement & compliance, IT automation etc.
He Will also be responsible for driving Audit compliances across CS functions within GB.

DELIVERABLE :

-Ensuring process & policies compliance across the function         -Process Enhancement
-Ensure Process/Policy compliance by regular audits
-Performance analysis & improvement Various analysis/cuts of 

  data
-Identifying key action for improvement
-IT system enhancement Identifying the IT requirements
-Get the enhancement done by IT
-Management dashboards & reporting Management reporting
-Minimize RA exceptions Minimize RA exceptions by 

 coordinating with respective stake holders
-Audit Compliance Work with auditors on areas related to Service  delivery 

-Drive CS functions to comply to audit non-compliances and 

 complete actions items per time lines.
