Job Description:

eInfochips is looking for an experienced Practice Marketing Manager to drive big data, visualization and analytics service offerings across multiple verticals and segments. The Practice Marketing Manager is expected to devise new solutions, partnerships and IPs that would drive strong growth for the company, in alignment with the strategic growth initiatives. Complete ownership from solution definition to lead generation lies with the Practice Marketing Manager. This involves identifying the value proposition, generating communication collateral and case studies, and executing the GTM plan to generate business leads.

Responsibilities:

Practice Marketing - Position and promote big data, visualization, analytics and cloud service offerings with global customers. Depth of big data requirements across verticals, deep familiarity and understanding of Big Data, Visualization, NoSQL and analytics technologies is essential.

Solutions Marketing - Have the depth to understand customer challenges, and articulate complete engineering solutions to global customers.

Lead generation - Plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation resulting in opening new accounts and increased revenue.

Strategic Partnerships - Identify, develop and drive partnerships with measurable results that complement our business. Understanding of Big Data and Visualization technologies / companies like Hadoop, Horton works, Cloudera, Map R, MongoDB, Casandra, Jaspersoft, Tableau is essential. Experience with driving large partnership initiatives such as Microsoft is essential.

Collateral - Generate content for the website, case studies, white-papers, PPTs and videos.

Market Research - Identify market trends, challenges and top prospects for new and existing service offerings in various industry segments.

Internal Sales - Educate and support the sales and business-development team to close strategic business.

Events and Trade Shows - Participate at relevant trade-shows to generate business leads.

Analyst reports - Participate in analyst conferences, speak at events and conferences to drive recognition.

Deliverables


           Business strategy and execution to drive measurable revenue results from product andengineering practices.
           Collateral portfolio for new and existing product, practice and solution offerings.
           Collaborate with engineering / delivery managers to address potential business.
          Marketing campaigns and events that generate qualified leads.
 Requirements:
 3- 12 years of experience in product management / product marketing roles for a technology company
             BE in the technology domain and MBA from a premier B-School
           Acumen to understand various business situations, and respond to changing market conditions
           Excellent oral and written communication skills, client-facing experience are a plus
           Experience in building critical and/or complex products is preferable
          Technical experience in software product companies or Product engineering Services (PES) with specific focus on Hadoop, NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra / CouchDB), Analytics (R, SAS), BI and Visualization (Tableau / Jaspersoft / Microsoft / Pentaho)
          Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and offerings in written, verbal or visual manner, and advanced proficiency with making Power Point Presentations.
         Experience with companies like Persistent, TCS, Wipro, Mu Sigma, Fractal Analytics, Palantir, Microsoft, Oracle, Teradata, IBM would be beneficial
