SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o 5 - 10 years of strong Coding experience in Java, XML, Java Script and logical skills.
o Good knowledge on SQL Server and queries.
o Good to have the Insurance domain knowledge.
o Analysis of business requirements and product normalization solutions for Insurance products.
o Validate the scope and custom requirements.
o Strong Business communication skills
o Prepare design documents like the detail design spec, Sketch and Blueprint
o Must have the knowledge on Product life cycle.
o Unit testing of product and documentation.
o Working knowledge of different functional areas (P&C Insurance, Content Management, and Geo Info System etc.) will be an added advantage.
o Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities
o Effective change management on projects by analyzing the impact of any new requirements on the project scope & timelines
