Job Description:
Purpose of the Job
To conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy/framework for customer usage & retention for Airtel Payments Bank
Segmentation & targeting - Identification and sizing of target segments Demographic & Psychographic and devise strategies & programs to target the same.
Deliverables:
Working closely with the Product and Marketing Team to execute the national strategy ,clearly articulating policy guidelines and national frameworks for the Payment Banks Regions to operate in. Assign geographies targets & develop follow up & review mechanisms on products and region-wise performance.
Usage Enhancement strategy & programs for all products of Airtel payments Bank including enterprise, format, Repeat cash ins (RCI),customer transaction volume & value, diversity of transaction across remote & physical merchants. Feedback to the merchant team on performance by category.
Drive Customer Retention -Activate/REC base inactivity & win back programs
Mother Ship Benefits (airtel) -Establish & drive key metrics for mother ship benefit, performance monitoring on these metrics, design and implement programs to deliver the same
Communications Policy - Design and Implement the communications policy for Airtel Payments Bank, ensure execution of the same across key stake holders
Identification of collaboration opportunities with other lines of businesses - Airtel landline, group companies business, DTH etc. to drive customer usage so as to leverage the scale & size of airtel.
Driving National Merchant Alliances Utilize partner real estate (web site, on ground, customer base etc), launch joint promotions (own base communication, advertising etc) to dive customer usage.
Partners with the Digital and Product vertical heads/teams in the execution of the strategic roadmap to drive sale/revenue as well as increase usage.
U&R supports the Marketing Solutions Manager in executing the strategic roadmap to drive sales and service delivery across existing and emerging digital channels.
Executes strategic initiatives to implement new digital channel solutions
Partners with IT on the implementation of digital products projects
Pulls reporting to track and report on digital products; gathers metrics for monthly reporting dashboard
Assists in the implementation of the roadmap to drive customer adoption and engagement
Perform customer, competitor and solution provider research to identify emerging Digital Channel insights, trends and best practices.
Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including CRO, COO, Human Resources or Corporate Security.
