Mahindra for System admin profile @ Noida location below are the details .
Work Location - Noida .
Experience required - 3 yr to 5 yrs.

experience with solid hands on Microsoft technologies.E
Exposure to domain
id/ mail box creation in windows 2008 and exchange 2013
Monitor critical
servers (like Exchange, Domain Controllers, WSUS, SCCM 2012), to check if they
are functioning properly, check disk usage, check critical alerts.
Configure Exchange
Mailboxes for e.g.:- Move to a higher quota, give rights to mailboxes.
Involved in
Periodic maintenance of servers (like restarts, upgrades)
Strong
administration experience in window 2008 domain controller ,Exchange 2013 &
File server.
Installation of
Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 and core servers on Physical/Virtual Servers as
needed
Implement Windows
Clusters & Windows Network Load Balancing in windows 2008 & 2012
Environment.
Windows patch
updates as per the schedule
Have a sound
technical knowledge on Windows, AD, Exchange, WSUS, SCCM & update as per
the technology growth
Create technical
documentation, network diagrams, inventory and security documentation.
Identify the
Risk/Issue and mitigate. Do all necessary steps to ensure 100% system uptime.
Perform immediate
troubleshooting as the situation dictates for any outages as reported by users,
sensors, and/or operational personnel.
Should be
comfortable in 24*7*365 environment
Good communication
and customer interaction skills.
