Job Description:
We at Accenture are looking out
for professionals for our Supply Chain Management Team for a leading Oil and
Gas client.

Procurement Operations Associate Manager
Sourcing / Category Ops Associate Manager

Category Manager
Purpose:
Lead and manage the Sourcing team in the Delivery Centre to deliver Sourcing
services to Client-Facing colleagues under the Clients contract.
Establish and maintain close and effective working partnerships with Accenture
P2P colleagues working in Client-Facing (Onshore) locations to deliver the
above-mentioned Procurement services to Client.
Work with Accenture colleagues in Client-Facing locations to build and manage a
demand pipeline and capacity model for scheduled and ad hoc demand for the above
services. Operate a transparent Work Allocation Process with Client-Facing
colleagues to manage supply and demand for the above services.
Build and lead a high-performing Sourcing Support team (between 3-6 FTE,
depending on Region) through recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining
high quality Sourcing professionals. Drive service delivery through individual
and team performance.
Establish and maintain the highest quality and service standards through the
adoption and operation of Accenture Operational Excellence process
methodologies for all key operational processes.
Serve and contribute as a member of the Delivery Centre and Client Global
Sourcing teams.
Require Skills & Experience
* Graduation / Post-Graduation with Min 12 years of total working experience.
10 years in Supply chain management. Complete life cycle of Supply Chain
management.
* Experience in Oil and gas Must
* Good PROCUREMENT and SOURCING domain knowledge. Good experience in
Transition.
* Current managing a team of 20 - 25 members.
* Good negotiation skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of contract management and administration workflow
* Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word,
PowerPoint, Excel
* Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and
business environment
