1. Ensuring higher collection efficiency by collection within
0-30 days, 0-60 days.
2. Ensuring Zero Bad Debt quarter on quarter
3. Reducing Bad Debts with a lower barring and monthly reconciliation.
4. Personal visits and engagement with all customers.
5. Ensuring TDS Certificate collection and Quarterly Balance Confirmation from customers basis their deduction.
6. Reconciliation of circuits / payments from customer on monthly/quarterly basis.
7. Meeting all Collection KPIs as per the targets.
8. Run a specific billing and collection strap for the region.
