Job Description:
·
Responsible for indirect purchasing activities, Open POs
expediting and Material Return to vendor etc.
·
Coordinate with client on the data , analyze the data , load
the data, track, maintain the data and report any exceptions/escalations.
·
Extracting open requisitions by purchasing group in SAP on a
daily basis.
·
Requisition validation and new suppliers addtion to the
system.
·
Managing RFQ and negotiating with suppliers on price,
leadtime and terms etc.
·
PO Placement, communicating to suppliers and getting
confirmation.
·
Placing Credit card orders.
·
Open orders follow-up to make sure on time delivery.
Notifying end users on any delivery change.
·
Sending the MIS reports to management and presenting in
client review calls.
Essential skills requireded:
Good knowledge in sourcing and end-to-end procurement
operations.
(i) Hands on experience in SAP & Legacy Systems
(ii) Excellent domain knowledge of the space coming from and
having a background in operations, IT platforms etc
(iii) Strong Analytical Skills
(iv) Good at change management.
(v) Multi cultural sensitivity
(vi) Strong written & communication skills
