Training Coordinator: German Language Programme Support
Experience: 1-4 yrs
German Language certification is mandatory (Atleast B2.1 level certificate)
Job Responsibilities
Complete organization, co-ordination and management of the German Language Stammtisch Programme.
Feedback Management for all German courses (mid-course) and at the end of the courses
Complete back-end organisation of quarterly language promotion event "Kaffee, Kuchen und Konversation"
Ensuring Infrastructure, stationery and trainer requirements in the 4 language training rooms as well as the container are in place
Follow up with vendor for material delivery and Book Stock Management
Any other ad-hoc administrative work that comes up along the way
