Job Description:

Description: Senior Cloud Services Engineers are escalation points for critical / enterprise-down events. They also process client requests / questions or issues. They develop tools for improved supportability and stability. They also work on production support continuous improvement service engagements Responsibilities:
Lead execution and client communication for critical and Enterprise-Down issues / events Examples being (but not limited to) Performance issues Complex Integration / Solution / Product problems Process and execute Client requests / questions or issues Enterprise Down Performance Issues Failed integrations Develop / Configure / Improve / Manage application tools Examples being Performance monitoring Application monitoring Business analytics monitoring Install and configure enterprise solutions Execute on-boarding, re-hosting and upgrade activities Deploy maintenance releases / emergency bug fixes Extended cloud services / Production Support - continuous improvement services such as:
Integration fixes, Custom code fixes Small data requirement changes Application configuration changes Work in a 24x7 environment Industry:IT-Software / Software ServicesFunctional Area:IT Software - Application Programming , MaintenanceRole Category:Programming & DesignRole:System Analyst

PTC ESI experience is an added advantage 1+ years of experience in Developing / Configuring / Maintaining / Troubleshooting integrated enterprise software solutions involving the following technologies
