- Well versed in job portals.
- Experience in sourcing channels
- Experience in Technical Hiring.
- Involve in sourcing,screening,interviewing of high-end,niche resources for multiple IT/telecom positions
- Involved in End to End recruitment process.
- Scheduling candidates for Telephonic, F2F ,VC, Skype interviews.
- Experience in handling walk-in drive / Weekend Event regularly
- Setting-up the recruitment strategy to close the position within the time frame.
- Maintain the TAT for the open position.
