Job Description:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a project manager role.
Insurance domain experience (Life , Annuity , ULIP, Pensions, Property and Casualty)
Successfully executed large projects as a Project manager.
Global delivery experience.
Onshore experience in a client facing role for application support, onshore coordination and project implementation activities.
Responsible for providing technical consulting to customers in analysis, design, and implementation in the area of management system in various domains
Actively involved in strategy and release plan, project schedule, effort tracking management, change requests, risks and issues.
Responsible for implementing quality process, identifying process bottle necks.
Interfaced & coordinated with the clients, stakeholders, testing team and different lines of business.
Evaluated and implemented tools based on ROI, reviewing and providing inputs to project plan, participating in product backlog meeting, providing estimates for releases and RFP's.
Strategically analysed, planned & conceptualized the processing for the product improvement as well as target fulfilment of the company projects & requirements within the quality parameters while coordinating with the product development & cross-functional teams. Participated in development & testing activities, configuration management, and code packaging and installation instructions verification.
Work allocation, co-ordination, mentoring, requirement gathering, query resolution, escalations, design, sizing and estimation, coding, reviews
Client communication & getting the business issues resolved.
