Role:
You will be required to Manage F&A client in media research industry and have the ability to manage F&A operations across towers as the Global Operations Manager for Procure to Pay (with focus on invoice processing) globally. People reporting into this position from Bangalore, Krakow (Poland) and Manila.
Responsibility:
Managing client engagements / contracts across geographies - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction
Though leadership on brining value to the client - technology and analytics
Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision making
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery
Manage career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training
Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met

Ability to interact and manage multiple customers across the globe and handle escalations
Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively

Analytical and numerical ability
Proven Presentation and communication skills with flexibility in work hours
Total Experience Required:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in F&A domain and preferably in a BPO environment.
