Job Description:
Candidate needs to be professional in both approach and work
ethics, with a keen eye for detail with both candidate and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
o Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT : Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.
o Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for KPO for all levels from Fresher to Manager.
o Should have good knowledge about Job portals & Proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines like Google, Linked, headhunting, personal network etc.
o Should have experience in Competency hiring, skill-based hiring, campus drive, walk-ins etc.
o To involve in Behavioural and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
o Knowledge of US Benefits Domain will be an advantage.
o Negotiate with potential hire, extend offers, negotiate compensation, coordinating joining formalities,
o Streamline and improvise on recruitment process and Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
o Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
o Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
o Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
o Ensure hiring of the right quality, in the right timeframes and within budget. Evaluate and finalize new, innovative, low-cost and effective hiring methods.
o Creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis. Facing internal audits, preparing Recruitment related quality documents.
o MIS & Vendor Management
o Candidate must have Excellent English communication both oral & written. (Mandatory)
o Should have minimum 3+ years experience in hiring
o Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
o Should have good Analytical, Time management. problem solving & people management skills, Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to resource the right candidates.
o Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance
